Steve Russell - Non-Executive Chairman

Steve Russell has spent the last 20 years managing change at some of the largest and best known British companies including serving on the Boards of two FTSE 100 companies. He was Chief Executive of Boots Group plc from 2000 until 2003 and until November 2009 was a non-executive director of Barclays Bank plc, which he joined in October 2000. At Barclays Bank plc, Steve was a member of the Board's Audit and Risk Committees and was a member of the Board Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee. Steve is Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee at Network Rail having joined the Board in October 2007.

Paul Brock - Chief Executive Officer

Paul Brock spent the first ten years of his career in IT, and held a number of senior IT management positions at Swiss Bank Corporation, NatWest Markets and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson before founding his own IT Consultancy in 1998. In 2000 Paul was appointed CEO of IT consulting and services firm, Delphis Consulting Plc, and was responsible for the company's successful sale to Morse Plc in 2001. Paul remained with Morse until 2004 as Services Director responsible for Morse's Professional Services division. Paul joined BCS in 2006 after a one year career break and was appointed COO in 2007. He was appointed CEO in January 2010.

Roger Shepherd - Chief Operating Officer

Roger Shepherd qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 1991. Between 1993 and 2001 Roger worked for Electrocomponents plc where he held a number of senior financial roles including that of Finance & Operations Director for Pact International Limited, a subsidiary of Electrocomponents He was appointed CF0 for Tomo Limited in 2002. Roger then joined Barbox Limited in 2004, initially as Finance Director, before being promoted to Finance and Operations Director. Roger joined BCS in 2007 as Finance Director and was appointed COO in January 2010. Roger also serves as Company Secretary.

Sandy Anderson - Non-Executive Director

Alexander Anderson is a financier and entrepreneur with particular experience in asset finance and extensive interests in the leisure sector. Other than Business Control Solutions plc, the principal businesses in which Sandy is currently interested are Springhealth Leisure plc, Wineworld London plc, TSS&P Limited, Thistledown Investments Limited, Thistledown Developments Limited, Thistledown Farms Limited, Thistledown Properties Limited, Metano Limited and Grandstand Group Limited.
